Institutions of higher education receiving federal Title IV funding must inform prospective and enrolled students about rights, accommodations, and resources for pregnant students who choose to carry a pregnancy to term

Required information includes campus and community resources for pregnant students, available accommodations for carrying to term and parenting, and procedures for filing Title IX discrimination complaints with the institution or Department of Education

Schools must disseminate this information via annual email to enrolled students, student handbooks, orientation sessions, health/counseling centers, and the institution's public website

Applies to all students including those attending or planning to attend less than full time

Explicitly limits the Secretary of Education's authority to require additional information or establish additional rights beyond what the bill specifies
