Secretary of Defense must brief the House Armed Services Committee within 180 days on the feasibility of consolidating prevention services into a single facility at each U.S. military installation

Briefing must include a feasibility assessment, cost estimate, and evaluation of each military department's existing consolidation efforts and lessons learned

Covered prevention services include programs for sexual assault prevention, suicide prevention, harassment prevention, and domestic violence prevention

Services apply to Armed Forces members and their dependents at installations as defined under 10 U.S.C. § 2801
