Increases the maximum brownfields remediation grant from $500,000 to $1,000,000 per site under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980

Raises annual brownfields revitalization funding authorization from $200,000,000 to $250,000,000 for fiscal years 2026 through 2030

Extends state response program funding authorization for fiscal years 2026 through 2030, replacing the previous 2019-2023 authorization period

Expands state response program grant purposes to include "implement" in addition to existing authority to "establish or enhance" programs
