Authorizes $500,000,000 for fiscal years 2026-2029 for USDA grants to States, territories, and Indian Tribes to address PFAS contamination on farms

Eligible governments must have agricultural land with soil or water containing PFAS levels deemed unsafe by USDA and EPA; at least 30% of annual funding reserved for jurisdictions with populations under 3,000,000

Grant funds may be used for health monitoring of affected farm families, compensation for contaminated land and products, equipment investments for transitioning operations, income replacement, and PFAS testing expansion

Supports research on soil/water remediation, PFAS uptake in crops and livestock, food safety, and alternative production systems for contaminated farms

Establishes a USDA task force to advise on integrating PFAS response into existing department programs and provide technical assistance to grant recipients
