Amends the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act to allow Continuum of Care Program funds to pay furniture banks for household furnishings, including delivery, installation, and assembly, for currently homeless individuals or those who exited homelessness within the prior 6 months

Defines "furniture bank" as a registered charity, nonprofit, or social enterprise providing household furnishings to individuals in need at little or no cost

Household furnishings provided through the program become the sole property of the recipient individual or family

Requires HUD to submit a report to Congress within 3 years on the impact of furniture bank payments, and to publish annual reports on "furniture poverty" in the United States

Contains a sunset provision repealing the Act and its amendments 5 years after enactment
