Requires state agencies to provide recipient-level data, case file information, and other SNAP program data to the Secretary of Agriculture upon request as a condition of program participation

States must transmit requested data within 30 days of the Secretary's request, or sooner if the Secretary establishes a shorter timeline for urgent program integrity, audit, or investigative purposes

Non-compliance with data requests may result in withholding or suspension of federal administrative funds

Allows disclosure of SNAP data to federal and state law enforcement and investigative agencies for purposes of administering or enforcing the Food and Nutrition Act or other federal/state laws

Requires the Secretary to ensure all received data is subject to applicable federal privacy and security safeguards, including the Privacy Act of 1974
