Secretary of Agriculture must convey approximately 150 acres of National Forest System land in Mount Hood National Forest to the City of The Dalles, Oregon, if the City submits a written request within 1 year of enactment

Conveyance is made without consideration (no payment required) via quitclaim deed, subject to valid existing rights

City must pay all administrative costs associated with the conveyance, including survey costs

Conveyed land must be used for public purposes, including municipal water supply and related infrastructure needs

Land reverts to the United States if used inconsistently with the public purpose requirement
