Requires 50% matching funds for general projects and 25% for equipment-only projects, with potential waivers for beginning farmers, ranchers, and veterans

Eligible entities include certified organic producers, handlers, processors, producer cooperatives, and Tribal government units located in U.S. states, territories, or under Indian Tribe jurisdiction

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 to support market development for domestically produced organic products and reduce reliance on organic imports
