Requires recommendations on actions to bolster U.S. and allied UAS manufacturing capabilities and simplify drone procurement processes

Report must include data on UAS deployed by law enforcement agencies, including how many were purchased from entities in adversarial nations listed under 15 CFR 791.4

Study must examine UAS usage frequency, operator training/certification requirements, privacy protections, governing policies, and existing counter-UAS strategies
