Secretary of the Air Force must submit a report on the F-47 advanced fighter aircraft program to congressional defense committees by March 1, 2027

Report must include program description with system requirements, employment concepts, and projected costs, schedule, and funding requirements for fiscal years 2028 through 2034

Acquisition strategy must address whether to implement middle tier acquisition pathway or major capability acquisition pathway as defined in DoD Instruction 5000.85

Fielding strategy must cover force structure requirements, strategic basing, military construction estimates, personnel training requirements, and integration of Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units

Report must be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex
