Secretary of Veterans Affairs must establish a pilot program providing eligible enrolled veterans access to SilverSneakers or a comparable evidence-based senior exercise program as part of VA health care

Eligible veterans must be enrolled in the VA patient enrollment system under section 1705 of title 38 and meet participation criteria established by the Secretary

Pilot program may be implemented nationally or regionally at the Secretary's discretion and terminates 3 years after establishment

Secretary must submit a report to congressional Veterans' Affairs committees within 180 days of program termination covering participation rates, costs, health outcomes (including physical fitness and chronic disease management), and recommendations on making the program permanent
