Reauthorizes the Farmers' Markets and Local Food Promotion Program under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946

Doubles the program's authorization ceiling from $50,000,000 to $100,000,000

Increases mandatory annual funding to $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2027 and thereafter, with funds remaining available until expended

Requires grant recipients to provide 25% matching funds (cash or in-kind), but exempts entities carrying out priority grants from this matching requirement

Reserves 30% of annual funding for priority grants to entities that have not received a grant in the preceding 3 years and will use funds to establish new farmers' markets

Mandates public reports within 3 years from both the Secretary of Agriculture (on grant applications and awards) and the USDA Inspector General (on fraud, abuse, and program participation effects)
