Delays of 3-9 hours past original scheduled arrival: compensation up to $300, plus rebooking on next available flight at no cost if connecting flights are missed

Delays of 9+ hours past original scheduled arrival: compensation up to $775, plus rebooking on next available flight at no cost if connecting flights are missed

Applies to both domestic and international flights

Compensation requirements are separate from existing refund requirements under 49 U.S.C. § 42305
