Secretary of Veterans Affairs must offer annual preventative health evaluations to veterans with spinal cord injuries or disorders, delivered through direct service, referral, or telehealth

Evaluations must assess health complication risks, chronic pain management, dietary/weight management, prosthetic equipment needs and functionality, and assistive technology options including spinal cord neuromodulation

Assistive technologies covered include powered mobility devices, powered exoskeletons, speech generating devices, non-invasive transcutaneous spinal stimulation, and FDA-approved implantable spinal cord stimulation systems

Secretary must submit biennial reports to Congress tracking the number of veterans assessed for, prescribed, and using assistive technologies, along with year-to-year changes in evaluation rates

Veterans Integrated Service Network performance reviews must include consideration of evaluation provision, and the Secretary must annually inform veterans with spinal cord injuries about available evaluations
