Secretary of Labor (through Veterans' Employment and Training Service) must develop and publish state-specific notices within 270 days of enactment, in coordination with the Secretary of Veterans Affairs

Notices must include information on the Veterans Crisis Line, how to apply for veterans benefits, and state-specific benefits if states provide that information within a 45-day period

Notices must be reviewed and updated at least twice per year and made available on Department of Labor and VA websites in 8.5 x 11 inch format

Employer display requirement takes effect one year after enactment; a 180-day information campaign will inform employers of the new requirements
