Appropriates $1 million each for fiscal year 2027 to the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, U.S. Tax Court, Space Force operations, North American Wetlands Conservation Fund, and Federal Railroad Administration
