Directs the Attorney General to establish a Task Force on Anti-Sikh Hate and Discrimination within 180 days of enactment

Requires the Task Force to draft an official definition of anti-Sikh hate and discrimination for DOJ use in prosecutorial decisions and hate crime statistics collection

Mandates development of educational programs on Sikh identity and anti-Sikh discrimination for distribution to local and federal law enforcement, K-12 schools, and higher education institutions

Requires annual reports to Congress on hate crimes against Sikhs, prosecutions, ongoing threats including transnational repression, and DOJ efforts to combat discrimination, plus a comprehensive summary report every five years

Task Force must translate all public materials into Punjabi and meet quarterly with Sikh community members and organizations
