HUD Inspector General must provide analysis to House Financial Services or Senate Banking Committee within 180 days of written request on covered agencies' compliance status, deficiencies, and progress

Inspector General reviews must examine actions taken by receivers, monitors, and private development partners, including oversight gaps, physical housing conditions, and health and safety compliance

Reviews must investigate allegations of waste, fraud, abuse, or federal law violations by public housing agency employees or contractors

Inspector General must provide recommendations for improving agency compliance with HUD agreements and enhancing receiver or monitor oversight
