Expands eligibility for the federal pollinator-friendly roadside program to include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, in addition to existing eligible entities like state transportation departments and federal land management agencies

Increases the maximum grant amount from $150,000 to $500,000 per project

Raises annual program funding authorization from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 and extends the program from fiscal years 2026 through 2031

Requires consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Director when developing pollinator habitat plans

Mandates consultation with federally recognized Indian Tribes whose tribal land is located within 50 miles of a proposed pollinator project or practice
