Amends Medicare Part B to cover HIV prevention services furnished by pharmacists, including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), post-exposure prophylaxis, evaluation, screening, counseling, medication administration, and related laboratory tests

Pharmacists must be legally authorized under state law to provide the covered HIV prevention services

Medicare payment set at 80% of the lesser of actual charges or 85% of the physician fee schedule amount for these services

Prohibits balance billing by pharmacists for HIV prevention services, protecting patients from excess charges beyond Medicare's approved amount

Effective date of January 1, 2027 for items and services furnished under these new coverage provisions
