Prohibits federal agencies from using the term "birthing person" or any variation in official documents, including regulations, guidance, forms, and communications

Authorizes agencies to use the terms "female," "mother," "pregnant female," "pregnant woman," or "woman" when referring to individuals who are pregnant, giving birth, or are parents

Defines "female" as a person belonging at conception to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell, and "woman" as an adult human female

Applies to all federal agencies as defined under 5 U.S.C. § 551

Takes effect 30 days after enactment
