Amends the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act to prioritize expansion of Job Corps training programs in residential construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and HVAC

Creates an employer incentive program providing $5,000 grants to residential construction firms that hire Job Corps graduates within 6 months of program completion and retain them for 12 consecutive months

Requires the Secretary of Labor to establish agreements with large residential construction trade associations to accept Job Corps graduates into registered apprenticeship programs

Mandates workforce councils to review and update residential construction curricula every 24 months to incorporate new construction technologies

Authorizes $200,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 to fund the employer grant program, training prioritization, and industry partnership activities
