Secretary of Veterans Affairs must submit annual reports on National Cemetery Administration activities to the House and Senate Veterans' Affairs Committees, beginning one year after enactment

Reports must include total interments disaggregated by cemetery location, eligibility category, and burial type (casketed vs. cremated remains), plus customer satisfaction assessments

Required maps of all national cemeteries and state/county/tribal veterans' cemeteries receiving federal grants, along with descriptions of burial options at each open national cemetery

Reports must detail Presidential memorial certificates, headstones, markers, and medallions furnished; completed and planned construction projects; unclaimed veterans' remains interments; and grants issued under section 2408 and Public Law 116-107

All reports must be made publicly available in digital form on the VA website
