Comptroller General must submit a report within 1 year estimating the number of deaths in 2025 caused by the USAID stop work order, service discontinuation, and agency closure

Report must project anticipated deaths over 5 years due to loss of access to previously USAID-provided services

GAO must determine whether 10 named individuals died as a result of losing USAID services, including children who lost access to HIV/AIDS treatment, malaria treatment, antiretroviral drugs, and oxygen supply in South Sudan, Thailand, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda

Interim update required within 180 days to Congress on preliminary findings

Final report must be submitted to House Foreign Affairs and Senate Foreign Relations committees and made publicly available online
