Authorizes $15,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 to fund the program

Gives priority to schools demonstrating greatest financial need, those serving vulnerable populations in health professional shortage areas, and those recruiting faculty from underrepresented populations

Requires the Secretary to submit an evaluation report to Congress within 3 years of enactment assessing the program's impact on nursing faculty recruitment and retention
