Requires the FBI Director and Secretary of State to submit a report to Congress within 30 days on the death of Shireen Abu Akleh, an American journalist killed in 2022

Report must identify individuals and entities responsible for, or complicit in, Abu Akleh's death

Report must identify any U.S. defense materials, funds, or services implicated in her death

Must include as attachments any relevant unredacted reports, including those from the U.S. Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority

Report must be unclassified and made publicly available on the State Department website
