Terminates Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) payments under Section 2102 of the CARES Act 30 days after enactment, while allowing continued payment of administrative expenses to states

Ends Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation and Mixed Earner Unemployment Compensation payments under Section 2104 of the CARES Act, and prohibits states from entering new agreements under the program

Repeals Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) provisions under Section 2107 of the CARES Act

Rescinds all unobligated balances remaining in the extended unemployment compensation account of the Unemployment Trust Fund that were appropriated for these pandemic unemployment programs

All terminations and rescissions take effect 30 days after the date of enactment
