Prohibits all Help America Vote Act of 2002 funding to Minnesota until the state satisfies federal reporting requirements

Requires the Minnesota Secretary of State to submit to the U.S. Attorney General all records supporting same-day voter registrations under Minn. Stat. 201.061, Subd. 3

Mandates submission of voting records for all voters who registered using Minnesota's same-day registration system

Requires records kept under Minn. Stat. 201.01, Subds. 7 and 8 to be submitted to the Attorney General

Grants the Attorney General authority to request any additional records deemed relevant to Help America Vote Act compliance
