Prohibits introducing into interstate commerce any product marketed as a dietary supplement that does not meet the legal definition of a dietary supplement under Section 201(ff) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act

Bans dietary supplements prepared, packed, or held with assistance from persons debarred under Section 306 of the Act

Expands FDA import exclusion authority to block entry of products violating the new prohibited acts at U.S. borders

Grants FDA new seizure authority to confiscate products that violate these provisions, adding them to existing enforcement mechanisms under Section 304

Amends Section 301 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 331) by adding two new prohibited act categories (jjj) and (kkk)
