Reauthorizes the WISEWOMAN program by amending Section 1509 of the Public Health Service Act to provide supplemental grants through the CDC to existing breast and cervical cancer screening grant recipients

Funds preventive health services including blood pressure screenings, cholesterol screenings, and health education for eligible women

Requires grantees to provide medical treatment referrals and appropriate follow-up services for women receiving screenings

Eligibility extends to women already receiving services under Section 1501 grants and other low-income women meeting criteria specified by the Secretary

Authorizes $250,000,000 in appropriations for fiscal years 2027 through 2031
