Grants state and local law enforcement officers the same immunity from personal liability as federal officers when performing immigration enforcement duties including detention and transfer to federal custody

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil actions for injunctive relief against non-compliant jurisdictions, with violators potentially losing eligibility for DOJ law enforcement grants

Protects government employees from discipline or retaliation for lawfully sharing immigration information with federal authorities
