Allows courts to grant extensions of up to 7 days if the requested information is voluminous or complex

Limits the time for covered providers to file motions to quash or modify a warrant or court order to 48 hours

Creates a private right of action allowing individuals harmed by a provider's failure to comply with disclosure deadlines to sue for injunctive relief and damages in federal district court

Amends Section 2703 of title 18, United States Code (the Stored Communications Act)
