Attorney General shall make 1-year grants to states ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 for technical assistance on crisis intervention programs

Grant funds support development of standardized extreme risk protection order (ERPO) training, curriculum, and model implementation materials

Technical assistance targets six groups: law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and court staff, healthcare providers, educators, and agencies coordinating ERPO implementation

Goal is to establish consistent, evidence-based processes nationwide for state crisis intervention court proceedings and related programs
