Secretary of Agriculture must establish a soil health management training program for Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) personnel and third-party providers within 1 year of enactment

Training includes a nationally available online curriculum and in-person workshops offered twice every 2 years in each NRCS region, developed through cooperative agreements with land-grant universities, conservation districts, nonprofit organizations, and farming consultants

Curriculum covers soil health principles, organic production, diversified production systems (agroforestry, silvopasture, livestock integration), transition to regenerative management, climate mitigation practices, and special considerations for Indian Tribes and underserved producers

Curriculum and materials must be reviewed and updated every 2 years to incorporate latest soil health innovations and scientific advancements

Authorizes $10,000,000 in appropriations for fiscal years 2027 through 2032
