Amends Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 353b) to allow outsourcing facilities a 180-calendar-day "tail period" to continue compounding and distributing drugs after a shortage ends

Changes the timing requirement from "at the time" a drug is in shortage to "within 180 calendar days" for outsourcing facilities to qualify for exemptions

Applies the 180-day extension to both subsection (a)(2)(A)(ii) and subsection (d)(2)(A) of existing law
