Federal agencies are prohibited from contracting with entities that refused service to federal law enforcement officers due to their official duties, or had policies permitting such refusal, within the preceding 1-year period

Covered services include lodging, transportation, food and beverage, healthcare, vehicle rental, property rental, and storage

Agency heads may waive the prohibition if no comparable service provider exists within a 50-mile radius, or if a parent company takes sufficient remedial action against a subsidiary that refused services

Entities under common corporate control or ownership are treated as a single entity for purposes of the prohibition
