Amends Section 452(j) of title 37, United States Code to require reimbursement of rental car costs for uniformed service members traveling more than 150 miles for reserve component inactive-duty training or Ready Reserve muster duty

Covers rental vehicle costs for the entire training or duty period plus travel days immediately before and after

Requires the Secretary of Defense to update the Joint Travel Regulations for the Uniformed Services within 180 days of enactment
