Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct studies of French and Indian War (1754-1763) and Mexican-American War (1846-1848) sites in the United States

Requires the studies to identify significant sites, assess preservation threats, and evaluate options including potential National Park System designation, with a report to Congress within 2 years of funding
