Only natural born citizens of the United States would be eligible for appointment as federal judges under a new Section 464 added to Chapter 21 of title 28, U.S. Code

Current federal judges holding dual citizenship with a foreign country must officially renounce their foreign citizenship within 60 days of enactment or be removed from office

The bill is titled the "Judicial Loyalty Act of 2026"
