Amends the VET TEC high technology program to require the VA Secretary to make employment rate reports publicly available, in addition to reporting to Congress

Establishes a standardized employment rate calculation: the percentage of program completers who are employed 180 days after finishing the program

Excludes from employment counts veterans hired by their training provider or employed as instructors for similar programs at affiliated organizations, preventing inflated success metrics

Requires the VA to report full-time, part-time, and self-employment rates separately to the maximum extent practicable

Mandates ongoing collection and analysis of participant feedback through the GI Bill School Feedback Tool to evaluate and improve program implementation
