Covers interventions including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures intended to alter a minor's body to not correspond with their biological sex

Imposes strict liability on providers for interventions occurring after enactment, with a 25-year statute of limitations from the individual's 18th birthday or 4 years from detransition treatment costs, whichever is later

Excludes from liability treatments for disorders of sexual development, complications from prior interventions, and treatment of traumatic injuries or congenital anomalies

Allows compensatory damages for corrective treatments, non-economic damages for emotional distress, and punitive damages if the defendant acted maliciously, fraudulently, or recklessly
