Prohibits Elementary and Secondary Education Act funds from being used to develop, implement, or promote programs, activities, literature, or materials containing "sexually oriented material" for children under 18

Defines "sexually oriented material" to include depictions or simulations of sexually explicit conduct, as well as any material involving "gender dysphoria or transgenderism"

Specifically bans federally-funded programs that expose minors to nude adults, stripping, or "lewd or lascivious dancing"

Exempts standard science coursework (biology, anatomy, health), texts of major world religions, and designated "classic works" of literature and art from the restrictions

Defines approved classic literature and art by reference to specific publications including the Great Books of the Western World (1990 edition) and Smarthistory's AP Art History guide
