Prohibits federal funds, including the Judgment Fund and victim compensation funds, from being used to compensate any individual prosecuted for involvement in the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack, including those subsequently pardoned

Bars the establishment of any federal compensation fund for individuals prosecuted in connection with the Capitol attack

Prevents the U.S. Treasury from refunding court-ordered restitution, fines, or special assessments paid by individuals convicted for January 6 involvement, even if later pardoned

Requires the Secretary of the Treasury to transfer any such non-refundable amounts to the Architect of the Capitol
