Amends Section 722 of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. 4567) to add new duties for the Chairperson of the Defense Production Act Committee

Requires the Chairperson to maintain a database tracking priority ratings, allocations, and other assistance authorized under Title I or Title III of the Defense Production Act, categorized by purpose

Database must be accessible to all Defense Production Act Committee members with real-time update capabilities

Database subject to information security, confidentiality, and classification requirements as determined by the Chairperson
