Triples mandatory funding from $10,000,000 to $30,000,000 annually and authorizes an additional $20,000,000 per fiscal year starting in 2026

Expands eligible conservation practices to include soil health improvements, sustainable water and irrigation development, perennial crop establishment, agroforestry systems, livestock integration, and aerobic composting

Adds new categories for production and marketing diversification assistance, including value-added processing, market infrastructure development, organic farming, and food safety certification
