Exempts H-1B health care workers from the $100,000 fee requirement imposed by the September 19, 2025 Presidential Proclamation "Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers"

Applies to H-1B visa holders who are employed or have received an offer of employment in the health care workforce, as defined under the Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 294q)

Prohibits imposing any fees on qualifying health care H-1B workers beyond the standard fees set forth in section 214(c)(9)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act
