Director of National Intelligence must produce an intelligence community assessment on Chinese Communist Party foreign malign influence activities conducted outside the United States from January 1, 2023 through a three-year period

Assessment must cover CCP influence operations in four key regions: Indo-Pacific, African continent, Latin America, and Europe, including effects on U.S. alliances and global perceptions of the United States

Assessment must analyze impacts on global and localized financial systems and identify trends in CCP influence activities in these regions

Initial report due to Congress within 90 days of enactment; final assessment due within 180 days, submitted in unclassified form with optional classified annex

Reports go to multiple congressional committees including Senate and House Intelligence, Armed Services, Foreign Relations/Affairs, and the Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party
