SBA Administrator must submit annual reports with budget justification documents on the Veterans Interagency Task Force, including task force appointments, activities, and outreach plans for veteran business programs such as Boots to Business, Veteran Business Outreach Centers, and the Women Veteran Entrepreneurship Training Program

Comptroller General must submit a report to Congress within 1 year on access to credit for small businesses owned by covered individuals, analyzing credit sources, default rates, federal lending programs, and gaps in credit availability

GAO report must examine obstacles covered individuals face in accessing credit, including how deployment and military responsibilities affect credit history of veterans and Reservists

"Covered individuals" includes veterans, service-disabled veterans, Reservists, and spouses of these individuals or active-duty Armed Forces members

No additional appropriations are authorized to carry out the Act
