Secretary of Agriculture and Secretary of the Interior must jointly conduct an evaluation of the container aerial firefighting system (CAFFS) within 90 days of enactment to assess its use in wildfire mitigation and suppression

Evaluation must be conducted in consultation with the National Interagency Aviation Committee and the Interagency Airtanker Board

Joint report containing evaluation results must be submitted to Congress within 120 days of enactment

Reports go to House Committees on Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Senate Committees on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry and Energy and Natural Resources
