Amends the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 to temporarily deposit recoveries from False Claims Act cases (31 U.S.C. 3729-3731) into the Crime Victims Fund from enactment through fiscal year 2029

Excludes from Fund deposits any amounts needed to pay qui tam plaintiff awards and reimburse the federal government for actual damages sustained from fraud

Requires the DOJ Inspector General to submit an audit report on the Crime Victims Fund to House and Senate Judiciary and Appropriations Committees by September 30, 2028

Audit must assess deposit sustainability, effects of the 2021 VOCA Fix Act and this 2025 Act on Fund balance and stability, and provide legislative and administrative recommendations for improvement
